Can I change my membership level after I have purchased?

Yes! You would just need to log into your account. Details and directions on how to do that are listed in another question below.

 

How do I access my account?

Just click on the “member account” button and login with the credentials you created when you purchased your membership. If you forgot, simply click on “Forgot your password?” and go from there.

 

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

To upgrade or downgrade your membership

  1. Click on “Member Account” in the top navigation
  2. Login with the credentials you created when you purchased your membership. If you forgot them, click on “Lost your password?”
  3. Click on “Orders”
  4. For the Membership order you wish to change, click “View”
  5. Under “Related Subscriptions” click “View”
  6. Under “Subscription Totals” click “Change Membership”
  7. Select the new membership level for one or all of the memberships associated with that order.
  8. Click “Add to Cart”
  9. Go to your cart and continue with the checkout process. If you are upgrading your membership, you will be paying a pro-rated rate for the month you are in.

 

How do I change my payment information?

  1. Click on “Member Account” in the top navigation
  2. Login with the credentials you created when you purchased your membership. If you forgot them, click on “Lost your password?”
  3. Click on “Billing”
  4. Click on “Add Payment Method”
  5. Add your new payment details and select “Add this payment method”

 

What do I do if I forgot my password?

  1. Click on “Member Account” in the top navigation
  2. Under the login form, click “Lost your password?” and follow the instructions to check your email and reset

 

Can I cancel my membership?

If you have purchased a membership and changed your mind, you can cancel it if you have not yet redeemed your membership in the facility. To do this, contact membership@jakesunlimited.com and we will issue the refund for you. If you have purchased your membership and redeemed it, then you can cancel it anytime after the initial 12 month period by logging into your account.

 

For Platinum Memberships, how do I book my 50% Off Boss Birthday Party?

The 50% Off a Boss Birthday Party discount is only valid for the membership holder and cannot be used for another person. Just call 480-926-7499 to book your party and give them your name and tell them you’re a Platinum Member. They will verify that your birthday has not yet been redeemed and will add the discount to your final bill.
